Paul's passion is developing people and organizations.  He has over 25 years of experience developing and implementing talent strategies that align with business goals and priorities.  His work spans multiple industries including medical technology, healthcare, finance and agriculture.  Paul is a recognized global leader, building best-in-class talent management practices and leadership development programs, ensured organizations are prepared with the right people, in the right place, at the right time.  


Paul has held leadership roles at Medtronic and Hill-Rom where he served as VP, Global Leadership & Talent Development and Executive Director, Talent Management & Organization Development respectively.  He has also held organization development and learning & development roles at Cargill, USBank and Allina Health Care System.


Paul is an idea generator, defining desired future states and creating roadmaps to get there.  He is a catalyst for positive change, enabling innovation, learning and development, and achievement of goals.  A thoughtful and action-oriented coach and consultant, he encourages idea generation through questioning and dialogue and helps align leaders and employees in common purpose.  He is deeply committed to developing strong leaders, enhancing their insights and capabilities, and nurturing authentic leadership. 


Paul is a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo.   He completed his BA in Psychology at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.  Currently living in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Paul's interests include global travel, photography, University of Minnesota Basketball, and the Minnesota Twins.
